An aerial view of the tip of Whatuwhiwhi peninsula. Situated north-east of Kaitaia, the peninsula juts out into the Pacific with Rangaunu Harbour on one side and Doubtless Bay on the other. The area has attracted considerable interest over the last few years because of its tourism possibilities.
