Farewell to Conservation Manager
Eric Pyle, who has been conservation manager of the Society for the past two years, has been appointed a director at the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology in Wellington. He will be responsible for environmental and social development within the central Government policy agency, with overall responsibility for directing environmental research nationally.
