Annual General Meeting
The 64th Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on 25th June 1988 at Host Harvey, 16 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington, at 8.30 am. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Apologies. 2. Declaration of Councillors. 3. Minutes. 4. Annual Report and Statement of Accounts. 5. Remits. 6. Appointment of Auditors This will be followed by a National Council Meeting. The Annual Report for 1988 is enclosed with this journal.
