The bachelcrs of Quarry Hills held their annual dance in the shape of a mask ball on Friday evening, December 3rd. They were unfortunate in regard to weather conditions, but, however, a fairly large gathering turned up to enjoy the fun of the evening, several people venturing from as far as Invercargill. Songs and reeitations wex-e rendered a.nd dancing -was carried on unt-il well into the early hours of morning.
