NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Election for the return of a Councillor for each of the undermentioned Ridings will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 10th November, 1920. Candidatos for the Offices must be nominated in the manner prescribed in "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908."
