Even the Bluff Borough Council has its sins and shortcomings, as evidenced by recent disclosures. The electric light meters have not been read for a period extending over years. The Town Clerk stated that he was expected to collect dog tax, read meters, etc., besides his ordinary routine work. About two years ago it was found that the Department was not paying and the rates were increased accordingly. It is presumed there will be a spring cleaning in Borough affairs next Election.
