Land matters were amongst the sub. jects discussed at the meeting of tha Deminion executivo of the N.Z.R.S.A. oxf, Saturday. Mr A. P. Whatman, who wa* invited to be present during the cliscussion, stressed the importance of pressing the provisions of the Compnlsory Acquisi* tion of Land Act, 1908. The executivflj resolved to interview Cabinet to-day oU( the land question, and, if the rcply ceived is considered to be nnsatisfactoryi to arrange for the introduction of a Bill; by Mr G. Mitchell, M.P., on the line^ adopted by the recent general confereauaj of the association.
