"The New Zealand Herald," seems very enthusiastic about the progress being made with the Government's housing scheme. Ih a recent issue it has the startling heading : "State Housing Scheme," "Thirteen Dwellings Bnilt." Surely nothing to get excited about. Had the number begft 1013, there may have been cause for jubilation.
