TRIBUTE TO NURSE CAVELL.

Queen Alexandra unveiled the statue of Edith Cavell in Trafalgar Square on the site where thp Gordon statue stood prior to removal to Khartoum. The statue, erected by "Daily Telegraph" subscriptions, is cut out of white marble, and shows Nurse Cavell standing erect in a hurse's uniform. There was a distin.guished Anglo-Belgian gathexing.
