CONTINGENT NOTICES OF MOTION. 1. Mr. Stafford, on the third reading of the Provincial Waste Lands Bill, to move the addition of two clauses in that Bill, which will be printed for the information of members'. 2. Mr. Campbell, on the resumption of the debate on the report on the pensioners' petition, to move, That this House, having considered the petition of sundry pensioners, alleging grievances in respect of non-fulfilment of engagements by the Imperial Government, is of opinion that the case of the petitioners deserves consideration ; but, inasmuch as the compensation recommended will have to be made out of the Waste Lands of the Province of Auckland, this House is of opinion that the case of the petitioners ought to be considered by the Provincial Government and Council of that Province.
