That it is desirable that the said Districts and the number of Members to be returned by each should be readjusted. That with a view to enable the House at its next meeting to adopt such measures as may be deemed necessary to carry out such readjustment, his Excellency the Officer administering the Government be respectfully requested to place upon the estimates such a sum as he may deem sufficient to enable the Executive Government to appoint fit and proper persons to scrutinize the Electoral Rolls of the several Districts, and in particular to report the number of bona fide electors, irrespective of the existing Electoral Rolls. 2.
