2. This Act shall come into operation on the Ist day of October, 1855. 3. This Act shall be termed, and may be cited and referred to as "The English Acts Act, 1855.''

Short title.

SCHEDULE. Statute 9 and 10 Victorise, Cap XXIV, "An Act for removing some defects in the administration of Criminal Justice." Statute 17 and 18 Victorise, Cap;CXIII, "An Act to amend the law relating to the administration of the estates of deceased persons." In the name of Her Majesty 1 assent to this Act.
