Mr E G Wakefield moved with the permission of the House, that his notice of motion relative to an address to His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government do take precedence of all other business on Tuesday. Mr, Merriman seconded the motion, itzeerald that on Tuesday, the 6th instant, he would move that an humble address be presented to the Officer Administering the Government praying that His Excellency will be pleased to lay before the House copies of the Letters Patent, Warrants, and other documents under which the present Attorney-General, Colonial Treasurer and Colonial Secretary hold moticraof'br. Lee, the House adjourn«d until 2 o'clock on Tuesday the 6th instant, Charles Clifford, Speaker.
