MESSAGE No. 21.
His Excellency the Officer administering the Government transmits to the House of Representatives the correspondence alluded to in a Resloution of the 20th instant, No. 29, requesting to be furnished with " copies of any correspondence on the subject of the debt on account of the Pensioner Settlements between the Colonial Office and the Government, which may not have already appealed in tha Bine Book."
