Ist November, 1950. No. 42—Petition of R. Solway, of Wellington Praying for the grant of a tenancy of a State rental house, the grant of a social security benefit, and other relief. I am directed to report that the Committee has carefully considered this petition, and recommends that it be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. The Committee recommends to the Government that the State Advances Corporation be requested to endeavour, as early as convenient, to find a home for the petitioner, his mother, and step-sister. 16th November, 1950. No. 46—Petition of J. Orsulich and Antunija Orsulich, of Auckland Praying for the grant of the full age-benefit.
