No. 4 His Majesty's Legation at Bucharest to the Roumanian Minister for Foreign Affairs His Majesty's Legation presents its compliments to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and, at the instance of His Majesty's Government in New Zealand and under instructions from His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has the honour to refer to Article 10 of the Treaty of Peace signed at Paris on 10 February 1947 between R.oumania and the Allied and Associated Powers, and to notify the Roumanian Government that the New Zealand Government desires to keep in force or revive the following pre-war bilateral treaties : 1. Treaty for the mutual surrender of fugitive criminals and protocol. Signed at Bucharest, 21 March 1893. 2. Protocol explanatory of Section 21 of Article II of Extradition Treaty of 21 March 1893. Signed at Bucharest, 13 March 1894. 3. Exchange of notes 1927-29 relating to extension of Extradition Treaty to Mandated Territories. His Majesty's Legation avails, &c, Bucharest, 17 June 1948.
