Waimarino 3n 1a Block Petition No. 41 of 1942, of Hare Matene te Wano and others, concerning Waimarino 3n 1a Block was referred to the Court for inquiry and report on the 9th day of September, 1943, in pursuance of section 19 of the Maori Purposes Act, 1943. The petitioners have never prosecuted the inquiry, and I therefore recommend that no further action be taken in respect of the petition. D. Gr. B. Morison, Chief Judge.
