DAIRY-FACTORY AND FARM-COSTS ALLOWANCES PAYABLE FOR THE 1946-47 SEASON The report of the Department for last year (ended 31st July, 1946) shows on pages 10 and 11 the costs allowances agreed to be paid (in terms of the stabilization procedure) for the 1946-47 season, after negotiations between the representatives of the dairyindustry and the Economic Stabilization Commission.
