Extracts from the Journals of the House, of Representatives Thursday, the 27th Day of June, 1946 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all matters pertaining to agricultural and pastoral industries and stock which may be referred to it, with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee which may be appointed by the Legislative Council, and to agree to a joint or separate report : the Committee to consist of Mr. Cuilen, Mr. Gordon, Mr. Gillespie, Mr. Herron, Mr. Holyoake, Mr. Langstone, Mr. McCombs, Mr. Walls, Mr. Williams, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Roberts.) Friday, the 19th Day ok July, 1940 Ordered, " That the Stock-remedies Amendment Bill be referred to the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Skinner, for the Hon. Mr. Roberts.) Friday, the 20th Day ok July, 1946 Ordered, " That the Stock-foods Bill be referred to the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee."— (Hon. Mr. Roberts.)

Stock-remedies Amendment Bill I am directed to report that the Agricultural and Pastoral Committee has carefully considered the Stock-remedies Amendment Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. 31st July, 1946.
