REMARKS. •» (а) Overexpenditure last year and additional provision for current year due to increased activities. Credits-in-aid also increased considerably. (б) Construction not commenced last year. (j) Appointments made later than anticipated. (Jc) Six additional Area Instructors appointed this year. (I) Construction of huts retarded by severe weather. (m) Only one meeting of the Council held, whereas provision made for four. (n) Expenditure less than anticipated.
