Special Report. I am directed to report that the Local Bills Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the able and impartial maimer in which the Chairman, Mr. J. W. Munro, has presided over its deliberations during the session. Clyde Carr, Member of the Committee. 14th September, 1938.

Special Report. I am directed to report that the Local Bills Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the efficient services rendered to it by the Clerk of the Committee, Mr. W. N. Wood. 14th September, 1938.

Final Report. I am directed to report that the Local Bills Committee, consisting of ten members, has held during the session seventeen meetings, with an average attendance of six members per meeting. The Committee has had referred to it nineteen local Bills, the Cornwall Park Trustees Rating Exemption Bill (a private Bill), and the Local Legislation Bill, all of which were considered and reported on.
