I have the honour to submit herewith the annual report of all operations of the State Forest Service for the year ended 31st March, 1931, as required by section 64 of the Forests Act, 1921-22. In doing so I desire to point out that credit for the results herein recorded must be given to my predecessor in office, Mr. E.
