During the year the principal amendments were as follows : — Regulation 24 : Altering the method of collecting fees payable to officers attending Court in their official capacity. Regulation 110 : Amending the allowance payable to officers using a railway sleeping-berth when travelling on public service. Regulation 111 : Amending the conditions under which relieving-allow-ances may be granted to officers.
