With the inclusion of manual-training teachers employed by Education Boards the average rates of salary for all teachers (including Principals of technical schools) graded under the Regulations for Manual and Technical Instruction were as follows : Men, £408 ; women, £249 ; both, £346. Evening Technical Classes and Part-time Day Classes. Classes were held at thirty-eight centres, as compared with forty-one in the previous year.
