Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to whom shall be referred all Bills specially dealing with the revision of the law ; with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee appointed by the Legislative Council; the Committee to have power to call for persons, papers, and records : three to be a quorum ; the Committee to consist of Mr. Field, Mr. H. E. Holland, Mr. E. P. Lee, Mr. Lysnar, Mr. H. G. R. Mason, Mr. J. Mason, Mr. Sidey, the Hon. Mr. Downie Stewart, Mr. Wilford, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Rolleston.) Friday, the 20th Day of July, 1928.
