Ordered, " That all petitions not finally dealt with during the session of 1925 be again referred to the same Committees as they were referred to during the said session." —(Right Hon. Mr. Coates.) Thursday, the Ist Day of July, 1926. Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all matters relating to public health, infectious diseases, contagious diseases, hospitals, and to local authorities having charge of these matters, and to such other matters affecting public health as may be referred to it; to have power to call for persons and papers ; three to be a quorum : the Committee to consist of Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Bell, the Hon. Mr. Buddo, Mr. Field, Mr. Girting, Mr. H. Holland, Mr. Horn, Mr. W. Jones, Mr. Parry, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Young.) Friday, the 2nd Day of July, 1926. Ordered, " That the Opticians Bill be referred to the Public Health Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Young.) Friday, the 6th Day of August, 1926. Ordered, "That the name of Mr. Field be deleted from the list of members of the Public Health Committee, and the name of Mr. Reid be substituted in lieu thereof."—(Hon. Mr. Young.)
