2. The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs is anxious that the printed list of Dominion representatives, copies of which were transmitted in the Duke of Devonshire's despatch, Dominions No. 347, of the 15th September, 1923, should be revised and brought up to date for issue to His Majesty's representatives abroad. I accordingly enclose a list of commercial representatives of New Zealand in foreign countries compiled from the latest information in my possession, and I should be glad to be informed by telegram of any alterations which should be made in it. With reference to my despatch, Dominions No. 57, of the 13th February, I have the honour to transmit to Your Excellency, for the information of your Ministers, the accompanying copy of a parliamentary question and answer of the 17th February, relating to the resolution of the Imperial Economic Conference, 1923, on the subject of Imperial preference in public contracts.
