No. 85/25. —Petition of Tonga Awhikau and 69 Others. That on the expiration of the term of twenty-one years their lands under lease be returned to them. I am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 10th September, 1925. I am directed to report that, as the matter referred to in this petition has been disposed of by legislation, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 10th September, 1925.
