I have the honour, by direction of the Board of Governors, in pursuance of the Canterbury College and Canterbury Agricultural College Act, 1896, to submit the following report on the work of the institution for the year ending 31st December, 1922 : Fifty-four students were enrolled in 1922, the number in residence throughout the year being up to the full limit of accommodation. Of the students in residence, seven were holders of bursaries under the Education Department, two were holders of Kitchener Scholarships, and nine were returned soldiers or men who had been in camp.
