Commissioner of Stamp Duties. 1 hereby certify that the attached Income and Expenditure Account, Revenue Account, and balance-sheet have been compared with the relative books and documents submitted for audit, and correctly set out the position as disclosed thereby. A proportion of the revenue under " Sales of adhesive stamps " should be allocated to various Departments, but for the year under review such allocation has been impracticable.—G. F.
