Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill. I have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the abovementioned Bill, has carefully considered the same, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed as amended in the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 20th October, 1922.

Scaffolding and Excavation Bill. I have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee, to which was referred the abovementioned Bill, has carefully considered the same, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed as amended in the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 27th October, 1922.

Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee has held during the session twenty meetings, with an average attendance of eight members at each meeting. Eight Bills and four petitions were referred to the Committee, all of which have been reported to the House. 28th October, 1922.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the capable and impartial manner in which the Chairman (Sir John P. Luke) has presided over its deliberations during the session. 28th October, 1922. A. D. McLeod, Member of the Committee.
