Native Land Amendment Bill. The Native Affairs Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that it has carefully considered the same, and recommends that it be not allowed to proceed in its present form ; but the Committee is of opinion—(a) That clause 2 contains a principle which the Committee approves and recommends to the Government for incorporation in a Fencing Bill, and (b) that clause 3 be referred to the Government for consideration 27th October, 1921.
