Praying that the recommendations of the Public Petitions M to Z Committee be carried out, and not be delayed until the League of Nat-ions has convened another Health Convention dealing with matters of health over the whole world. I am directed to report, that in the opinion of the Committee the petition should be referred to the Government for consideration, limited to the question of compensation for property actuallydestroyed for the public good. 20th October, 1920.
