General Post Office, Wellington, 12thPiIy, 1920. Btr,- — I have the honour to submit to Your Excellency the report of the Post and. Telegraph Department for the financial year 1919-20. A perusal of the statements contained in the report will indicate that the business of the Department continues to increase. The revenue amounted to £2,106,995; the expenditure amounted Io C 1.944,161: there -was thus an excess of receipts over payments of £162,834. I have, &c, .1. (1.
