ADVANCES OBTAINED FOR THE PURPOSES OF ROADING CROWN OR OTHER LANDS ADMINISTERED BY A LAND BOARD. DETAILS RELATIVE TO BLOCKS OF LAND ON WHICH MONEYS HAVE BEEN EXPENDED DURING THE YEAR ENDED 31st MARCH, 1920, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ROAD ACCESS THERETO.
