I am directed to report that, as the petitioner has not exhausted his legal remedy, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 29th October, 1919. Praying for the appointment of a special Court or a Commission to inquire into a certain motion for a refund of purchase-money in respect of Nukutaurua No. 1 Block. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that, in accordance with the request of the petitioners, leave be given for the petition to be withdrawn. 29th October, 1.919.
