Praying for the appointment of a special Court or a Commission to inquire into a certain motion for a refund of purchase-money in respect of Nukutaurua No. 1 Block. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that, in accordance with the request of the petitioners, leave be given for the petition to be withdrawn. 29th October, 1.919.
