The Wellington City Trading Departments Reserve and Renewal Funds Act, 1917.—This Act empowers the Wellington City Council to establish reserve and renewal funds in connection with certain of its trading departments, namely: (1) The tramway and power--B uPply undertaking; and (2) the electric-light and power-supply undertaking. 1917, No. 6 (Local). The Western Taicri Land Drainage Act, 1917.-— This Act makes temporary provision with respect to the making and levying of rates by the Western Taieri band Drainage Board. 1917, No. 7 (Local). The Foxton Harbour Hoard Amendment Act, 191.7.—This Act amends the constitution of the Foxton Harbour Board, and confers on the Board power to raise a loan of £16.000 for certain harbour-works. 1917, No. 8 (Local). The Hawke's Bay Rivers Amendment Act, 1917. --This Act amends in various particulars the Hawke's Bay Rivers Act, 1910, and increases the borrowing-powers of the Hawke's Bay River Board. 19 17. The Napier Harbour Board Empowering and Vesting Act, 1917.—This Act authorizes the Napier Harbour Board to raise a loan of £50,000 for certain harbour-works, and confers certain leasing and other powers upon the said Board. 19 17, No. 10 (Local). The .Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Act, 1917.—This Act empowers the Nelson Harbour Board to acquire certain land forming portion of the Nelson [\iver Reserve, and for that purpose to borrow a sum not exceeding £103,000. 1917, No. 11 (Local). The Waimakariri Harbour District and Empowering Act, 1917. —This Act amends in various particulars the Waimakariri Harbour District and Empowering Act, 1916. 1917, No. 12 (Local). The Wanganui Harbour Board Vesting Act, 1917.—This Act vests certain hind (being a closed road) in the Wanganui Harbour Board. 1917, No. 13 (Local). The Whakatane Harbour Amendment Act, 1917.—This Act extends the borrowing-powers of the Whakatane Harbour Board, and amends the Whakatane Harbour Act, 1912, in various particulars. 1917, No. 14 (Local). The Whangarei Harbour Board Vesting Act, 1917. This Act vests certain foreshore lands in the Whangarei Harbour board. 1917, No. 15 (Local). The Christchurch Milk-supply and Markets Amendment Act, 1917.—This Act amends in various particulars the Christchurch Milk-supply and Markets Act, 1914. 1917. No. 16 (Local). The Dunedin Waterworks Extension Act, 1917. —This Act authorizes the Dunedin City Council to take, divert, and appropriate the waters known as the Lee Stream for the purpose of the Dunedin City Waterworks.
