We desire to express our sense of the able and courteous manner in which the Valuer-General has assisted us in the course of executing our Commission, and of the very frank way in which he has given us all information we have required from him. In conclusion, we have the honour to return to Your Excellency the Commission under which we have acted, and the extensions thereof. Given under our hands and seals, at the City of Wellington, this 6th day of February, 1915. E. A. CAMPBELL. T. F. MARTIN. J. G. RUTHERFORD.
