BULES.

The rules of 51 societies and branches came under revision in one form or another for amendment during 1914. Complete amendments wore registered during the year, viz. : — M.U.1.0.0.F.—-New Zealand Branch ; Woodville (Hawke's Bay District); Outram and Mount Wendon (Otago District) ; Shamrock, Rose, and Thistle (Southland District). 1.0.0.F.- Alfred, Star of Whangarei. A.O.F-- Karamea (Nelson District) ; Star of Canterbury (Canterbury United District). I.F.S.—Kaitangata Employees' Benefit Society; Auckland Tramways Sick and Accident Friendly Society. W.M.C.- Blenheim Working-men's Club. S.A.S.—Sydenham and Suburban Co-operative Money Club. T.U.—New Zealand Locomotive Engine-drivers, Firemen, and Cleaners' Association. Partial Amendment of Rules registered. Partial amendments for the following were made: — Masterton, Greytown, Unity, Petone, Rose of the Valley (Wellington District) ; Howard, Mansion of Peace (Nelson District) ; Gisborne, Whangarei (Auckland District) ; Ashburton District; Ashburton (Ashburton District) ; Motueka District; Marlborough (Marlborough District) ; Lyttelton District; Otago District. Annual Returns of Receipts and Expenditure, etc. Many societies failed to strictly comply with the Act, which requires the returns to reach me on or before the 31st March.
