Special Report. The Labour Bills Committee have the honour to report that at the final meeting of the Committee, held this day, the following resolution was carried unanimously : " That the Committee desire to place on record their appreciation of the services rendered by the Clerk, Mr. Stevens, ivho has been most attentive in doing his duty, and has proved that he is thoroughly experienced, •and they recommend that he be placed on a permanent footing, and that this resolution be recorded on the minutes and also be reported to the House." 6th November, 1912.
