No. 85 (1912). —Petition of Mere P. Terawhiti (nee Wade). Praying for a rehearing re succession to Pirihira Tarawhiti (deceased) in Lot 451, Parish of Taupiri. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition, owing to insufficiency of evidence. Ist October, 1912.

I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 3rd October, 1912.
