No. 209 (Sess. 11, 1912).—Petition of Tiaho te Tai and 10 Others. Praying that Waingarara Block be reinvested in them as beneficial owners. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. 26th September, 1912.

No. 48 (Sess. 11, 1912).—Petition of Mrs. E. Douglas (Te Korowhiti Tuataka), of Opoutere. Praying for relief re an amount awarded by Royal Commission re lands known as the Okauia and Waiharakeke Blocks. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration, seeing that the money awarded by the Commission has not been fully paid to the petitioner. 26th September, 1912.
