No. 327.—Petition of Charles Henry Greenhead, of Waiuku. Praying that he may be permitted to place before a Crown officer certain evidence in connection with a Supreme Court action. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee the prayer of the petition as disclosed in paragraph 9—viz., "As an alternative your petitioner most humbly prays that he may be allowed to place before a Crown officer the evidence your petitioner alleges to be indisputable, to establish a prima facie case ; such officer to report to the Hon. the Minister of Justice "—should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. 29th October, 1912.
