No. 4 (1911). —Petition of Louisa Callcott, of 159 Kilmore Street, Christchurch. No. 15. —Petition of George Holford and 131 Others, of Auckland. Praying that a first-class light and fog-signal be placed on the Three Kings, a light and fog-signal on the North Cape, and " unwatched " lights on Plat Rock and Channel Island. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the Government for urgent and favourable consideration. 23rd August, 1912.
