CIVIL SERVANTS APPOINTED DURING 1908-9, 1909-10, AND 1910-11 UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF MEMBERS OF EITHER HOUSE.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 31st August, 1911. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return giving the names of all persons appointed to the Public Service (excluding the Railway Department and the Education Department) during the years ended 31st March, 1909, 31st March, 1910, and 31st March, 1911, upon the recommendation of members of either House of Parliament; the description of the position to which each such person has been appointed, and the name of the member of Parliament making each recommendation."—(Mr. Hbbdman.)
