Mr. Lang,— The revenue and expenditure for the financial year ended the Hist March last have already been presented to the House, as well as a summary of the year's operations, the details of which may be found in 8.-6 a, 1912. I have pleasure in submitting some further particulars of the year's transactions for the information of honourable members.
