No. 791 (1910). —Petition of Henere te Hoke and 2 Others. Petitioners pray for an inquiry re ownership of sections of Paritutu and Tβ Hua Blocks. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration and inquiry. 25th August, 1911.

No. 24 (1911). —Petition of Hatana te Uruminqi, of Wanganui. Petitioner prays for an inquiry to ascertain the ownership of two meres. I am directed to report that, as the petitioner has not exhausted his legal remedy, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 25th August, 1911.

No. 54 (1911). —Petition of Minnie Kathleen Perry, of Tokomaru Bay. Petitioner prays for the exemption of Block IV, Mangahauwini, from section 10 of the Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1910. I am directed to report that, as the matter is at present before the Court, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 25th August, 1911.
