SCHEDULE No. 3a. TROTTING CLUBS.—RECOMMEND AT lONS. Auckland T.C. —We recommend reducing its autumn meeting by one day, railing the inside of trotting-track, and carrying out necessary improvements, including all requisite equipments for the sport and proper sanitary arrangements. Otahuhu T.C. —We recommend reducing its summer meeting by one day, railing the inside of trotting-track, and carrying out necessary improvements, including all requisite equipment for the sport and proper sanitary arrangements. Wanganui T.C. — Hutt Valley T.C. —We recommend acquisition of a permanent right to race at a fixed rental, and railing the inside of trotting-track, and proper sanitary and other arrangements. South Wairarapa T.C. —We recommend acquisition of a permanent right to race at a fixed rental, and railing the inside -of trotting-track, and proper sanitary and other arrangements. Ndson T.C —We recommend railing the inside of trotting-track. and suggest that tenure of course from Agricultural and Pastoral Association should be permanently fixed. Wairau Valley T.C. —We recommend railing inside of trotting-track, and securing freehold tenure or permanent right to race at a fixed rental. Greymouth T.C — Inangahua T.C. — Westport T.C New Zealand .Metropolitan T.C —We recommend reducing the August and Easter meetings to two days each. Tenure not satisfactory : should be altered by obtaining freehold or permanent right to race at a fixed rental. *
