any other two centre:; of the Dominion put together. The most remarkable success was that obtained by the plumbers, which is easily a record for New Zealand. The plumbing result is most interesting, from the fact that it shows that remarkable success might be achieved in Auckland in technological examinations if all trades were on the same footing as the plumbing trade, in which all apprentices in the city are compelled to attend the Technical College in order to obtain a plumbing license. In conclusion, I wish to express my appreciation to the staff for the loyal and enthusiastic manner in which they have carried out their duties. George George, Director.
