Clyde Domain. Suburban Sections Nos. 4, 5, 10, and 11, Town of Clyde. Area, 8 acres. Work done during year : Outhouses erected and repaired. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Ploughing and grassing. Dannevirke Domain. Suburban Section No. 12, Town of Dannevirke. Area, 40 acres. Work done during year : Portions of the domain enclosed and planted and maintained, hedges cut and trimmed, avenue formed and gravelled, erection of band-rotunda commenced, sanitary conveniences provided and connected with the sewerage scheme, gateways painted, and various repairs carried out. A permanent caretaker is employed. Improvements now on domain : Caretaker's cottage, grandstand, dressing-rooms, conveniences, fences, gates, hedges, trees, and two enclosures laid off and planted. Used for sports, football, hockey, cricket, and picnics. The Agricultural Society has held shows on the domain during the past two seasons. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Completing erection of band-rotunda, clearing stumps, rVc, planting trees, and generally maintaining the area. Area, 31 acres 2 roods 14 perches. Work done during year : Ten acres rolled and kept clear of weeds. Improvements now on domain : Fencing, grassing, grandstand, and conveniences. Used for cricket, tennis, and football. Proposed operations for ensuing year : 4\lteriiig and adding to grandstand, laying down a running-track, and generally improving the area. Gisborne Domain.
